At All Costs is a project done for my 3rd Year Niagara College Capstone. We had a team of 8 people, 3 artists, 1 designer, and 3 Programmers, and myself as a Producer/Project Manager.

Main Role: Producer

• Responsible for facilitating full team and inter-subteam meetings
• Organizing milestone goals, including post milestone meetings to discuss the outcome, and changes going forwards
• Utilizing tools such as Hansoft to manage and track tasks
• Ran weekly standups to ensure team goals were on track and to identify and mitigate risks as they appeared.
• Maintain documentation and oversee reports, deadlines, and any required presentations, ensuring quality and accuracy of information.
